Voor een zeer schappelijke prijs een mooi en praktisch product. De gerechten blijven goed op temperatuur en de branders zijn goed te regelen. Op vol vermogen kookt het water in de bakken dus is temperen nodig.
Na gebruik kan alles zo de vaatwasser in. Dik tevreden dus.

I'm use to setting chaffung dishes up and taking them off, but I did find this brand and model difficult to use. First, the assembly is just ok until I want to fold the frame to transport, you have to unscrew all of them enough to leave room for the feet to pass the weld on the main frame on top. And then you have to tight them for them to be secure to put all the dishes on. The everything was going well until the water started dripping on the sides because the lids are just a little too big that they over hang on top of the steamer , which produces steam and hence excessive steam drips on the sides of the lids, even getting the sterno fire almost to nothing. They are beautiful and look very fancy, but you better have time and patience to deal with all that.
