ORDERED TWO FANS. ONE WORKS GREAT, THE OTHER WAS MISSING PARTS. I HAVE BEEN IN CONTACT SINCE FEB 10TH TO GET THE NEW PARTS SENT. I WAS TOLD TODAY, MARCH 12TH, THAT THE PART WAS "LOST IN SHIPMENT" AND THEY WOULD SEND $20 TO PURCHASE THE PART LOCAL. WHICH ISN'T AVAILABLE ANYWHERE. SO NOW I HAVE A FAN THAT DOESNT WORK AND NO OTHER OPTION FOR REFUND OR REPLACEMENT

Expected more got less ! Electrician installed and never worked. I bought one to try before buying two more. Glad I did not waste my money. Here’s one more tip , if you buy online you can’t return to the store. I will write another review about the return after it’s processed. 🤞

Installed and it worked for a few mins then stop light flickers and the fan randomly turns off after a few minutes..

Ordered two of these fans. Seem to be of good quality but one was missing a single blade holder (had 7 of the required 8). Website confirms that here is no phone number for support, so you deal with an online chat. I'm up to 24 emails about the missing part and I still have no idea if has been shipped. Very Frustrating! I'd love to give a positive review, but until I receive the missing part, I cannot.

Fan was lost by FedEx or UPS for weeks.... randomly showed up after ordering the 72" which doesn't work. This 84 inch was broken and these clowns offered me $40 to hire/pay my electrician to repair it versus sending me one that works. In dispute process with credit card company. Poor customer service.

Fan didn't work out of box. Has a very long delay to start spinning. Not worth the process of trying to return due to incompetence of customer service. Disputing with credit card. Junk.
