the tools work great but the case that the tools came in was broken and part keep falling out from it. that's the only bad thing about the kit

this is a nickname field cracked case

the item may or may not work fine. it arrived poorly packaged. just a very thin "padded" mailer. the corner of the case was broken off. not too big of a deal. one of the tabs that holds one of the bits was also broken. that sucked. it is unable to hold it in it's place. they are small bits that if all floating around will be near impossible to find. when I contacted customer service I was offered to be refunded but only if I gave them a good review. I ignored it all and just decided not buy anything from here anymore until I received a request for a review.
