Everything about this product is good with the exception of the assembly instructions. They are poorly written and inaccurate. The parts list in inaccurate: 2 different length screws are listed in the parts list as the same length and the washers are not in the parts list. There is no step by step assembly guide, and no indication of where to use the washers.

Just what we were looking for. Gives you the stability you need entering and exiting the tub. No more worries about slipping on slick fiberglass. Would recommend this rail to anyone looking for a hot tub rail system.
