Apply protective paint on product so it will not show immediate rust.Knobs would be stainless so they will not rust either.Just saying.Hopefully a helpful comment.

Very heavy duty, I forgot to check my hot tub and I actually had a base built up for leveling and couldn’t slide it under that. So I slid it under the steps and waited it down. But, it is a much higher grade metal and heavier than expected for the price.

Slid right under the narrow gap left by the spa installers. Very sturdy, and makes a big difference getting in and out. No screws to attach to the walls, so it can be moved around as needed.

Easy to assemble picture. All screws fit flush. The rubber rail covering goes on without lubricant, just need to slowly work it up the rail (slinky approach) into position. To fit under the spa, empty of water, one person use dolly on spa corner to lift then other person slide under spa (Husband/Wife Team). I like that the rail rotates to be able to use entering the inside of spa the rail can rotate with you. Recommend coating with flex seal or something similar to reduce corrosion over time.

Perfect for my mom who has had double knee surgery.

Sturdy and easy to assemble.

The hand rail was well packed and cushioned to prevent damage during shipment and shipment was quick! The item went together easily even though the tiny detail in the instructions could have been improved. I was unable to slide the foam hand guard around the corner on the top pipe but someone will come to the rescure!! A quality product and now to figure out how to slide it under an empty tub.

It took a bit of trial and error to get it together, but is very solid once we did.

Very heavy duty, sturdy when assembled and installed.Assembly instructions very simple but it took some reverse engineering to figure out how to utilize the handrail at the lower height. And, for my application the higher height was more suitable.The “hard” part was sliding the bracket under the spa. Luckily I installed the same day the spa was serviced as the technician needed to empty the spa to install a new jet pump.I used a 7’ heavy duty steel crow bar, a concrete block fulcrum and a ledger board under the spa edge to lift up the empty spa 1/4” while my wife (thanks Honey Bunny) moved the handrail base plate into position.Total handrail assembly time about 10 minutes and another 10 minutes to position the base plate properly under the spa base.There was one small saw cut (probably a manufacturing boo boo) in the handrail riser but I’ll cover that up with a dab of black Rustoleum paint. That was the only quality defect in this product.
