The LED sign itself is very good quality, and I am pleased with its performance. However, the rear panel repeatedly arrives cracked in the same area, directly behind the power supply. The power supply appears to press against the rear panel during shipping, causing it to crack. I had to replace the rear panel myself, which took additional time and effort. I recommend using a stronger, more rigid rear panel and providing better protection around the power supply during shipping. These improvements would help prevent this recurring damage.

This is a great panel, it worked perfectly straight out of the box using the proprietary app. In my case, I wanted to automate publishing to the panel, so I took a peak behind the back cover, its nicely constructed and had standard components inside, including a generous 5v 40A power supply. The panel uses standard P10 (16x36 pixel) panels controlled via the HUB75 protocol using a ICN2038S driver. This is a 1/4 scan panel with an 8-pixel shift-register block layout with a reversed 4-row data path (top/bottom halves swapped relative to the standard library mapping). In my case I was able to easily swap out the proprietary controller for an ESP32 and used the ESP32-HUB75-MatrixPanel-DMA library to drive it. *NOTE: Modify at your own risk, voids warranty.

Great product

This was a great find for me. Easy to program! Easy to setup! I replaced a scrolling sign that I built about 7 years ago using pixel strips and the pixels were constantly going bad. It was taking a lot of work to keep the sign operational. This sign really saved me a lot of time and looks good at the start of our Christmas show.

I bought two of them and price wise, they are fantastic! bright and useful, highly recommend! :)

Buena visibilidad y colores vivos. La aplicación que lleva para diseñar es un poco limitada , sobre todo para gráficos, Estaria bien que hubiera un programa de ordenador para poder hacer diseños móviles.
