The LED Panel itself is fine, It is bright and easy to read from a distance, but the App that controls the LED Panel is clunky and difficult to use. For those of you that remember the old word processors of the late 80s the App is exactly that... WYSIWYG. If you want to center the text you need to place equal numbers of spaces before and after the text. If you use multiple colors you need to manually select the color for each individual letter. If you add/remove spaces or characters it throws the color scheme off and you have to go back and reselect the individual colors again. There are very limited text options. Another thing to consider is that only one device can be used to update the LED Panel. You can create a gallery of images to send to the LED Panel but there is no way to share galleries between devices running the app. If you send a new image from a second device the LED Panel will dump all of the previously uploaded images from the first device. When you load the gallery from the first device you lose the new image sent from the second device. Finally, according to reviews of the app, the app periodically looses all of you images during updates and you need to start from scratch. All in all the LED panel itself is good for the price. I would have considered keeping it if I was going to use it as a stand alone device, but our intention was to install two of them in an external monument sign on the road in front of our business. The monument sign was going to cost several thousand dollars and I did not have faith that the App would be supported long enough to get a return on the investment of the entire project. If you are considering purchasing I would strongly urge you to download the app (iledcolor) and check it out. It currently has an average 2.1 rating with 37 reviews in the Apple App Store. Depending on what you are using it for this may be exactly what you are looking for.

Product is difficult to program. It has lost the program 3 times in the last 2 weeks. Hard to connect with app on phone.
