These are excellent deck rail posts. Strong, pretty, and well made.
They come with concrete anchors, but I used 4 inch structural fasteners.
Apparently the top railing saddles are only available STRAIGHT. They really need to offer 45 and 90 degree versions.
These 1X2 inch posts have SMALL HOLES, which I drilled out with a step bit to 11/32".
Muzata CR72 cable protector buttons fit in the 11/32" holes.

Easy installation. The stability of this product will depend on the surface it is mounted on. Mine is anchored onto precast steps, and it turned out very sturdy.

Very straightforward install (but I used my own choice of lag screws). So far it seems very sturdy; I prefer the steel rail to aluminum.Thanks to those to advised on the importance of step size.

Attractive, sturdy, fairly easy to assemble and install. Some reviewers complain about the anchors and screws. My husband is extremely picky about these parts in self-assembled items but, to my surprise, he thought these were good quality. If installing into concrete do yourself a favor and rent or borrow a hammer drill, it simplified the entire process.
