This product was shipped with missing parts, I cannot use it, chatted with a representative over two weeks ago, still have not heard back. This was not what I have come to expect from Vevor...hope this does not become my normal experience!

I just got done using the tongs and one side bent, don't know if it was just the set I got or if all of the same product is so badly made with bad steel or what,won't order a set like this again. NOT saying their all bad but the one I received was not good quality
