Cutter works great. I haven't had any issues and I'm amazed of the level of detail this machine produces. If you can design it this machine will cut it, and fast. I was able to get a machine capable of contour cuts for less than a name brand machine that can't. I'm excited to see what I can make next. It's not very loud either and the blade is easy to find proper adjustment. I don't regret choosing this over uscutter, paid less and have contour option

Easy to you easy setup this was my first time but I love it and it was a great price

The cutter was way enough to set up and install. I think the software provided on the USB drive was for windows 7, and I have windows 10, but a quick Google search found me the software and it was free to download.Once I got going (I've never used one of these machines before), it's been working great! I don't plan on being a heavy user, but I'll be getting my money's worth in the first month or two!-Brody W. from Texas

Great cutter. Does everything i need it to do. Fairly quiet cutter (compared to my last one I owned of a different brand), easy setup, would recommend this machine

There’s not a lot of information on getting started with this printerfor example the paper wasn’t getting griped by the printer I had to check the back and screw in the screws a bit more so it could grip the paperThe software for the printer is sooo outdatedWish the would modernized it

This is a very simple plug and play system and surprisingly it works with multiple respected plotting softwares and the included Singmaster software will get the job done when needed. Will give another update in 1 year.
