Led light in temp display didn’t all work
Was great we got it earlier then expected. The box it was shipped in was very damaged it had a gash all the way through like something had stabbed it but thankfully the incubator was not cosmetically damaged. However once plugged in the led lights on the temperature didn’t all work unless you push on it so you can’t tell just by looking what the temp is but other then that so far so good.

No support from the manufacturer. Product works great.
Product came with temperature reading in Celsius not Fahrenheit . I tried contacting the manufacturer but they do not answer the phone or return calls. Tried to leave a message on their website but kept getting an error notice. The conversion formula is F=(Cx9/5) + 32. Not convenient when you just want to know the temperature inside the incubator.

A decent little pro thermoelectric incubator
It can be used as a cooler or an incubator. It seems to hold steady temps, varying by +- 1 C at most. It also looks good. It was smaller than I expected.Edit after extended use: I've had the ReptiPro 6000 for a few months, now. One thing I dislike about it is the Power button, on the front, is easily activated by accident from brushing up against it. My incubator sits just in front of my closet, and one night I accidentally pressed the button, switching off the power, which I corrected in the morning. Fortunately, I had filled the empty space inside the unit with water bottles, for thermal mass, and the eggs didn't cool by very much. However, I have since moved them into my self made incubator, which is controlled by a Herpstat 4 thermostat. This yields more stable temperatures than the ReptiPro.But, being a thermoelectric device, I have repurposed it as a cooler in which to keep waxworms and other insect feeders. I also use it to transport my lizards as I can set a temperature and keep humidity levels in it and power it from DC.

So much better than my old one
I’ve had this for a little under a month I actually like this one a lot better than the namebrand incubators I had the exo terra beforehand And it was partially heating OK and then in the middle of the night I decided to go to 40° and ended up freezing my leopard gecko eggs this one staying at a constant temperature the humidity is great I really was not expecting this to be as great as it is I highly recommend it Just make sure you have a temperature gauge or digital Thermometer with a probe because it is a couple degrees off

Good unit but not so accurate temperature... and it's only centigrade.
The unit fluctuates on/off a bit more than I think it should but not so much that it is a nuisance. A bit more insulation might keep the temps more consistent. The unit is only in Centigrade which isn't too big of a deal but it's just not intuitive on what 27C means to us people in the U.S. Also the temp of the unit from top to bottom has a 3-4 degree shift! Quite huge in my thinking, so you need to be aware of this especially if you are doing anything that requires tight temperature control. I would suggest using a themometer to double check the top shelf and bottom shelf temps against the number on the unit. The advertising says a .5 degree/centigrade shift. Not accurate in our unit. The dealer was EXTREMELY helpful in getting the unit out as soon as possible. Five stars for the dealer in responding to our request to get it to us as quickly as possible.Overall the unit functions well. Just need to be aware of temperature difference from top to bottom shelf. We are enjoying the unit as is.
