Troy Murrell VEVOR is a good brand in my view.

After using the smaller lime green snap cutter for a few years, it works very well. I have a 49" Montolit snap cutter that cost a pretty penny when I bought it and it does not cut/snap as clean as my VEVOR, so I decided to buy the bigger VEVOR snap cutter to work with 24" x 48" porcelain tiles. Have not used it yet bit anticipating it will be as good if not better the its older smaller brother.

I purchased this item to cut porcelain tiles for a washroom job. It came with batteries for the laser light and an extra diamond wheel which is nice. It doesn't weigh much and the bar is very sturdy.
I just started using it and I found no issues with it yet. The diamond blade cuts very well and it's easy to snap the tiles along the scored line. The arms extending left and right are very useful for supporting the tile if it overhangs too far to either side. The laser is quite accurate (out of the box) but I found it difficult to get to the screws in order to adjust the line. I would recommend this product for a DYI tile installer.
