For the price is a fantastic unit, if you have a good ice cream mix the result is beautiful. Very easy to set up and use. Small capacity, but is not intended for high capacity use. Does a great job, will see how long it lasts. On caution if the system starts grinding and making noises your base is too thick, add water or milk to it and it will be fine. Use and enjoy.

Machine work’s wonderful,I’m impressed!One thing though, check you voltage over a several day period. It shuts down at 242 volts to protect itself.it is easy to remedy with a transformer, but be aware it is an added expense!

The handles broke after 5 uses no one has contacted me on replacing parts need help spent a lot of money to use 5 times you can buy these handles I have been emailing them from months!!

This machine works nice. I have 6 months with it and is really good... No issues at all. Cleaning is easy,. Although some changes could help to clean it easier... The tank should have the hole a bit lower and the tank with an inclination to it so the liquid falls more efficiently

Its a nice product, a little hard to dial in but wrks great and keeps icecream very well

I was skeptical but decided to give it a shot. I operate this machine 3 days a week, 8 hrs a day for the last 3 months. I've made hundreds of milkshakes. I use Frostline. I've never had a single moment of downtime. Very dependable, very easily maintained per instruction. The instructions are a bit poorly translated into English but not too difficult to decipher. I would buy again and probably will.

Just started using it but so far it works well. I was a little nervous about the delivery but all worked out well and our machine arrived safe and as expected.
