Les filtres etait très sale et le procéder pour les nettoyer sont très long

Around a month ago purchased Gravity fed filter system and already spotted rusty stains on the bottom compartment!!!!!!!!! The system stopped working so I wanted to clean it and see what happened. Then I discovered those rusty stains Not only that I am still filtering water after Gravity fed filter system because it doesn’t filter all the residue from the water. For that purpose I have to get another filtering system or different filters. Which I was thinking to get separately. But now not sure if it’s to do so. Worst part of the story that I was so happy to have such a great filtering system, stopped buying bottled water so I have recommended it to few of my friends. Trusted VEVOR a lot. Absolutely disappointed Please sort this issue ASAP

Je me fais balader depuis plus plusieurs mois, je demande simplement avoir la certitude que l’eau que je vais consommer grâce à cette fontaine apporte les qualités minimum d’normes française ou européennes. Je n’ai jamais eu un Fichiers qui était disponible en français, me prouvant les choses. En l’attente d’une réponse sérieuse de la part de Vevor j’aimais un avis plus que négatif . Cette société qui arrive à vendre des produits en France, en Union européenne, ne respecte pas l’étiquetage, minimum des normes en vigueur.

Buyer beware. I purchased the VEVOR Gravity-fed Water Filter System, and the tracking said it was delivered, but no package ever arrived. I tried to sort it out with VEVOR, but that became the real problem. Their “Contact Us” system appears to be entirely AI, with no real person available to help. I even emailed them directly, but again I only got AI responses. The AI sent me a long and complicated form to complete. I filled it out, but then for some reason I could not even submit it. I tried explaining this to the AI, but it was useless. I then emailed them again with the full chat history, and still got nowhere. The whole process feels so complicated that it seems designed to make you give up. It was impossible to resolve the issue without any real human care or attention. You just get passed around by cold AI with no proper support. Maybe this won’t happen to everyone, but if you do have a problem, good luck. I’m out $120, and after this experience I will never use VEVOR again. I would strongly avoid businesses that rely only on AI to handle disputes.

I got the new VEVOR gravity filter system, out it together and it does not work. Nothing gets filtered. I tried to email them, tried to call,no response from the company. Very frustrating.

Premièrement je n 'ai jamais reçu le système de filtration, deuxièmement, le Service après vente à essayé de m'entourlouper en prétendant que le matériel avait été renvoyé en arrière par faute du livreur, pour finalement avouer qu'ils n'avaient pas le stock suffisant. Est-ce la raison réelle ? comment puis-je en être certain ? Finalement l'on ma remboursé ma commande, mais j'ai perdu de l'argent au change. Donc pas content du tout. Le S.A.V n'a même pas tenter de proposer un délai ou de me dire qu'ils me contacteraient au moment de la réception d'une nouvelle quantité de ces filtres. Bref, il est imaginable que je sois déçu et je le suis et je ne suis pas certain du tout de commander un article, une nouvelle fois sur ce site.
