Installation took us two hours, the instruction is not clear!Easy to use!But little pricey!

Received my lid sealer a couple of weeks ago. It's been working great. I like the all metal construction. Feels like it will last a long time. Throughput is good. Can't beat the value.

We have used this machine to seal 20,000 drinks so far. It works well with good film. When we use cheaper film it sometimes jams up. Easy to change the film and easy to use.

I received this order timely as promised. The installation is easy. The only issue is the sealer does not seal everytime. Occasionally I need to reseal a cup. It may be due to temperature setting on the type of cup I use. So far, I am very satisfied with this purchase.

Works great. Very easy to use. No need to spend thousands.

We have been using this machine at our Coffee shop for close to a year now. We seal all of our cold drinks with this machine, including Iced Coffees, Frappes, Teas, Boba, Lemonade, etc. We have over 10,000 seals on this machine. The only issue we have had was within the first month, the sensor which detects when a cup has been inserted failed. In this case, we just put it in "Manual" mode and simply press the button to initiate a seal. We like this mode better anyways!I plan on buying another to have as a backup.
