Took my husband nine hours to put the bike together. He is a handyman and knows what he’s doing. The bike looks very beautiful.

I think the bike is a great value but the instructions were a bit lagging. Assembly of the "derailleur" and disc breaks was a lot more complicated than the instructions showed. I ended up taking the bike to a bike shop to complete the assembly. Even with the additional $86.00 charge from the bike shop I feel the bike was a great value.

The Tricycle arrived as promised. There were some scratches on the frame and one fender was bent. The spokes on one wheel were warped and it had to be repaired by a bike shop but all in all the tricycle was nice. It rides great and is a lot of fun. We would order again.

Bought this (and a helmet) for my step-dad's 90th birthday. He LOVES it. Rides it every day even if it is just 15-30 minutes. Putting it together was challenging, but during COVID, time well spent. Two challenges - 1) the screw hole for the gear mechanism wouldnt accept the screw, because the factory had painted over the threading, but the retailer had outstanding and prompt customer service and made it right (if you know what i mean!); 2) when it came to cabling and the chain, i loaded up the 96% assembled bike and took it to my neighborhood bike shop and said you finish it. And for like $40 they did all the rest in about an hour, and, of course it was done right and they tightened everything up with all their tools. Money very well spent (vs my 2-3 hours without the right tools to do it right). Or they would have assembled the whole thing for $100 out of the box. Non-COVID, money very well spent, too. Anyway, awesome bike and well made and great customer support (even if it is only via email). Great value.

Bought this for my wife. She loves it! Every time she rides it, someone in the neighborhood stops her to ask about it. Cool color, rides nice!

I love the bike! Happybuy did the best they couls to satisfy me as a customer! My problem was a small one(missing screws) but happybuy quickly refunded me the difference.
