Great price. What I needed.
I used this in a smaller tank I use for a cabin that sends waste uphill to the main septic tank. The price was great and it is currently working as it is supposed to. Feels very heavy duty.

In all fairness, we could not rate this product because unfortunately it did not work. We tried this brand-new sump pump out of the water, in the water ... while we could hear the motor making sounds, it just would not turn-over and run. In the end, we had a sump pump that was not drawing water. So it's in its original box waiting instructions for its return. We'll order another sump pump once VEVOR sends us a coupon for the hassle of trying to get this sump pump going and now the time & effort of having to re-package it to return and now wait for pick-up.

The price and the spec on the length of power cord was what made me want to purchase this product. The spec. say that the cord is 33.8 feet. Customer has built the deck according to the spec of the sump pump and I was now told there was an error in the spec. the cord is only 22 feet long. The permitted deck that was built cost $35,000.00 and the outlet was suppose to be attached to the deck but the sump pump is 30 feet away. Can not get them to make me a 33 foot corded sump pump and it will cost $5,000.00 more to add on a section to the deck with permit to get the deck closer to the sump pump. I had ordered two sump pumps too. Just in case one did not work. Guess what even though these are supposed to be sewage sump pumps the pump gets clogged with a small mosquito flowing lava killer disk. The disk is from Home Depot and dissolves in water over time. If you use it outside, make sure you put a mesh screen around the sump pump to keep the earth worms from clogging the pump. Tried to put a photo of the specifications below but it will not let me. See it in the listing for the pump though. It does have a strong pump the water will shoot up in the air about 10 feet. Just don't let it get clogged.

Float lasted about 3 years. Got stuck "closed".
I bought this pump in 2019 and use it as a rain catch basin pump, so not sewage, but lots of gutter debris & etc. It has worked well for the past 3+ years, but today I noticed that the catch basin was completely empty, and I had set the float up to leave the motor 95% submerged when it flicked "off". This could only mean the pump had kept going even after the float switch had plopped "down". Tried flipping it "up" manually, but the pump did not come on. :( So either it overheated and will come back when it does cool down, or its toast. Either way, the float is bad, and it looks like waterproofing that connection might be tricky if I were to try to replace it on my own. I have ordered another one, as 3+ years is (IMHO) an acceptable life for $150. Its just now hard for me to get my old body down in that catch basin to re-plumb things. Overall, I'd say its a very good pump for the price. My testament is that I'm buying another one 3+ years later. Addendum: After installing the new pump. Its not the same pump! Its physically smaller in all dimensions. And its lift is clearly less than the previous pump. It still works, but I have to backwash my filters more frequently.

Good so far
Has been running several hours daily removeing rain water with no problem, very simple installation. Volume and pressure are average for 1/2 hp and garden hose discharge.

Submersible pump
Plan to use as a below ground rainwater transfer pump. Pump is heavy duty and lower pump is cast iron metal. Upper motor is metal. Weight 21.4 lbs.

Pumped over 250,000 gallons it's first week.
Great pump. I hooked it up to 100 feet of retired fire hose and it shoots a solid stream several feet. It has run for hours each day without issue. I suggest placing it into a screened milk crate for easier handling and to keep out foreign objects.
