This is my first time dealing with or using a thermal imaging camera, but it was very simple to use and it helps me send images to customers and keep them updated regarding issues as well as the initial diagnosing review. I have used this camera for automotive repair work as well as giving customers an estimate in regards to home insulation cost. There are 4 various modes: 1. 200W visible light 2. Picture in picture 3. Thermal imaging 4. Thermal fusion. I rarely use picture in picture mode. The other features that attracted me to this thermal imaging camera were the rechargeable li-on battery and the 64G built in SD card. (I don't like disposable batteries because they always need to be replaced, and removable sd cards cost extra money). So in conclusion this thermal imaging camera not only saves me money, it keeps my customers informed, and saves me money. I definitely recommend this camera from the do it yourself individual to a business professional.

Although I have used FLIR thermal cameras at work, I never thought to have my own personal camera. They would not have justified the cost and I would just borrow one from work when needed. This camera, however, is worth it. It is considerably less expensive than the FLIR cameras and the fusion visible and infrared cameras are much more useful than expected. It lets the user quickly get the orientation correct and is easy to switch modes. It is highly entertaining seeing the thermal image of everyday items. Mine came complete with a carrying case and memory card.

While this thermal imager will never stand toe to toe with high end premium models, it's all most people will ever need, and more.I've had absolutely no issues with thermal accuracy.Responsiveness is nearly immediate. In fact, this imager picks up thermal variance fast than imagers I've tested that carry 3 times this one's price point.The camera isn't HD, and is low pixel, but it's clear enough to fully understand what you're seeing.Durability is very good. I've dropped this imager several times when fiddling around with my truck, and it's still working fine.Bottom line:This thermal imager is all 95% of the public will ever need.5 stars

Yep thats right. If there is something generating enough heat on the other side of a barrier, this thing is sensitive enough to "see" it. In my case I was able to locate a rat's nest above my living room through the ceiling just from the heat signature. You can see your footsteps on the floor minutes after walking on it in either shoes or bare feet. From personal experience, this device has a similar temperature resolving capability to military grade tactical FLIR. A great value, very well made sturdy casing. Everything about it is nice.

Always wanted one of these and finally they got to a price point I could justify the purchase. I have used it to locate studs in the walls, location of a water leak in a ceiling, checked electrical connections in the house and RV.

Plus, I kind of accidentally discovered I can see where Every stud is in the walls.. That right there makes this tool worth every. There's a literally 0 guesswork in finding the studs now. How wonderful the world we occasionally find ourselves in...But no, this Thermal Cameraof does work really well. Vevor is solid brand. I've also used a handful of their Power tools, and I cannot say I don't really have any Complaints about their quality. In fact II wanted to get one of the little Mini tablesaws...

At this IR resolution, the equivalent FLIR device is $2k. The refresh rate is solid with only momentary pauses during high motion. For my home inspection and workshop use-case, it covers 100% of my needs. I used it for 30 minutes and battery bar hasn't dropped at all.

i use this for detecting short circuits and it is just amazing, can easily spot faulty SMD's and ICs great product i like how bulky and heavy duty it is.

Really wish there was a way to lock the scale so the colors were the same temp and also wish temps recorded in the video. Temp scale only shows up when pictures captured not when recording video.
