I love my pool rail. I had the pool service install the rail. All parts were there, it took them no time to install. I’m getting older so always safety first around a pool. I have two Rambunctious 11 year old grand children, it held up well. I did notice they would grab the rail to get out of pool to stabilize their run to the diving board. Would recommend.

You can't put a price on safety. We have an above ground pool with wedding-cake steps. The handrail that came with the steps was plastic and flimsy. You could not put your weight on when getting in our out. Pretty much uselesss. Came on here and found this handrail. Ordered one and had handyman install it.Loved it so much, we bought a second one and now have 2 hand rails that we can count on for safety. We can put our weight on them when getting in and out of the pool and they don't move. At all. Note: We did not use the screws that came with the rails, our handyman purchased sturdier screws for the installation. Very pleased, arrived quickly, look nice, and most importantly, VERY SAFE.

The product stated stainless steel. 3 weeks after we started using it it started to rust and tarnish. I was easy to install and came in very useful, but became very unsightly. I have submitted photos twice but have not gotten any response. I hated to go to this avenue but where else?

I was having my pool deck replaced and decided to add the pool railing. The contractor made a jig on wood adding the bolts and then buried it before the concrete was poured. Otherwise, the bolts would have had to been drilled into the concrete. The railing came with the bolts, and the removable gripping sleeve. The contractor had me purchase longer bolts and added nuts to fit the 4 inch concrete pour. It has been a game changer for me getting in and out of the pool. I am in my 60's and it is an added safety feature. It is only 3 months old, and I am noticing water rust spots starting to form on it which I am able to wipe down with stainless polish but thought if made for the outdoors it should not be doing this. My advice is to make sure you measure correctly. Depending on if you have a trim on your pool deck-I had to get the longest one offered 55" to hang over the pool steps and be secured into concrete and NOT the pool edging.
