The label machine is well made and designed. However, there are no assembly instructions and very limited troubleshooting instructions. The rewind shaft should also have shaft collars so the waste paper helps keep the labels aligned. I bought some two-piece shaft collars and installed them. It works well to keep it all aligned. Aligning and keeping the labels straight is the biggest challenge. I went through about 18 bottles to get it all right. Someone with excellent English skills should write some assembly and operating instructions with photos.

when we first got this manual labeller and put it together I was disappointed with the number of different allen key sizes need to assemble it. The biggest job is to actually align the labels to wrap bottles correctly and there is no manual to show how to do this but to figure it out alone. I initially wanted to throw this piece of equipment in the trash or return it but then decided to relax and persevere and after some time, got it working really well. To the point that I didn't want to change out the label size so bought another one :) The different sized allen keys r a nuisance for sure - having a universal key size saves time and patience. Also, having a proper English manual would be great. I have since talked with a number of other packing companies in my area and they have all complained about this - to the point that they have purchased the Label Wizards. Hope this helps. I managed to persevere and now feel comfortable having one (1) machine for each label we use so as not to have down time.

It wouldn’t label a lite product

After a few minutes of setup, I was labeling my jars without a hitch. The included instructions left a bit to be desired, but it was easy enough to figure out the assembly, alignment, and positioning. The machine is well-built and very solid.I was concerned that the weight of a 32-ounce HDPE wide-mouth jar wouldn't be sufficient for the label to adhere properly, but with proper roller setup to position it correctly, it's just fine.

The unit requires minor assembly but does come with all the tools needed. It doesn't however, come with any instructions which would make it easier to assemble and get started. Getting the labels to go on straight takes some adjusting of the roll position and label guides but with some playing around you can get the labels on straight. It could also use guides for the take up shaft which would help maintain straightness.Overall it works and for the price is a good deal.

Excellent build quality, took 15-20min to assemble the product, instructions are clear enough to easily assemble without hitches. Overall a very good product for the price.

Happy with purchase so far. Takes a little time to get the settings just right, and it needs occasional adjusting while in use. Be prepared to lose some labels while making adjustments and figuring or what works for your labels and product. Allowed me to label 50 jars in 14 minutes with first real trial after adjusting, so very happy with that. Only thing I didn’t care for were the very short, 1 page build and trouble shoot instructions, but being a simple machine, it was easy to figure out. No way to mark your settings when going from one size label or jar to another though, so plan ahead for that! Will likely buy another very soon! Great in between step from hand labeling to big automation machine, great for someone doing business from home. Not heavy, easy to move too.

So, first off if you purchase this know that you are not going to get good instructions. However, the machine is well built and if you go watch a YouTube video on this or similar label machines you can do it in about 20 minutes. Do note that it takes a lot of trial and error to get it working exactly right. Have a BUNCH of test bottles handy. I went through about 20 bottles to get adjusted properly. Once I had it assembled and configured properly this machine works great. Cut my time it takes to label bottles down to a fraction of what it was by hand. If you know what you are getting into a head of time it will save you a lot of frustration. Watch the videos and play with the configuration for your bottles. Once you get it this thing will save you TONS of time.
