Well i received a wire but not even close to the right one. I reached out to customer service and they at first tried making me believe it was my fault, that I must have ordered the wrong wire. When I told them I hadn’t, they then had my order on file with the company, switched, then I told them that they really messed up cause I had taken a picture of the order when it was first placed. I repeatedly asked for them to send me the correct wire I ordered and take this other one back, then they proceeded to tell me that someone had put the wrong wire data into the system, I even told them since it was that much of a price difference to just send me a shorter 6/3 wire like the 25foot. They kept saying this and that , the system wouldn’t send me the correct wire so say , I’m no dummy they could send me the correct wire, they don’t want to, that’s the problem. I still haven’t received the correct wire that I ordered and haven’t heard back from them since before the holidays which is bullshit , thank you, Anson Robin
