First prime it by placing a pan of boiled water inside 30 min before using. After placing the bbq inside and taking the water out, was still warm serving temp 6 hours later.

Purchased quickly and needed to hold brisket over for an event.

Worked extremely well. This past weekend I used one for a small job that I did. It keep my food hot and added a professional appearance in my presentation when I showed up.

I bought 2 of these in January for a big catering job that I had.

This product works great and has wheels. The only complaint/ con that I would say about this product is that the wheels are fixed and do not swivel so the carrier does not do turns well. Other than that this product is awesome!

It was nice size used it the day i received kept everything warm.

The door comes off easily for cleaning. the handles are nice for two-person lifts into a truck or onto a wagon. There are slots on the sides to park a various number of service trays.

Needed for work to keep food hot.. it does just that very well!!
