Love the candy it makes.. Only down side is the screws holding the cap on are of soft metal. They stripped out and had to be replaced.. Otherwise machine runs great..

Best purchase ever
I love this machine. Not only does it produce great tasting and textured cotton candy from floss sugar but also peppermints and root beer hard candies. I've used it for 2 months and I'm well pleased.

Good product over, but the instructions need some help. The words are wrong and don match the item description in the picture of the parts. It makes it hard for someone who has never worked a machine before.

I would review my cotton candy machine had I received it!! FedEx did NOT deliver it to my house as they said they did, and no one is taking responsibility. It is beyond shocking that the consumer is the one literally paying for this error!
