Overall, I like the VEVOR convection oven. The only issue I have, is the temperature control. It is not as accurate as it could be. I set a recipe for cooking, at 350 degrees, and the oven thermostat reads 325. All the readings seem to be at least 25 degrees lower than the oven setting. I do adjust for that, but it is a bit annoying. In my old convection oven, the readings were true. I just have to keep an eye on the cooking time, as some things seem to take at least 15 to 20 minutes longer.

Perfect countertop oven
We use this oven daily in our bakery since purchased almost 1 year ago and love it. I usually only bake two trays of cookies at a time, but it still helped cut my baking time in half. The oven isn't loud which I truly appreciate, and it's chugging along as well as when it was still brand new. Would definitely purchase again.

Very good oven
Good oven, very happy with it, 1st time owning a true convection oven. We cooked a 13 lb turkey and in 2 hours it was done with an internal temperature of close to 200 degrees.

True Convection (no visible heating elements)
This oven was just what I wanted and was difficult to find. Most of the popular small ovens call themselves "convection ovens", but they're just regular toaster ovens with a fan. That's convection-ish. True convection ovens have only a heating element where the fan is, so all cooking is done with hot air. That means items will be cooked evenly all over, with no burnt areas that are close to the heating elements.I agree with the other user on the maximum oven temperature. It really tops out at 450F, rather than 500F. That's fine with me.

Good looking oven
We love the look and relatively quiet operation of the oven. What we don't like is it doesn't have a broil option and the racks are quite rickety. They do not slide out easily and do not push back in evenly. Other than that we are happy with how it cooks.
