Was skeptical at first to order this, lots of mixed reviews. I pulled the trigger and I am glad that I did. The shipping was fast, and setup was super easy. The hardest part was peeling all the protective wrap off the aluminum pieces before the first use. Once I got it all setup I placed water in it to make sure it didn’t leak anywhere and was pleasantly surprised that I discovered zero leaks. The unit heats up quickly and keeps temperature very well. After about 8 hours of continued use there was very little water loss and it kept multiple steam table pans hot.

I purchased the unit a couple of months ago and I'm very pleased with the purchase. If you're on the fence about buying it dont be.

We have 3 of these and love them. We would recommend this product to anyone. Very portable for all events.

It works well, heats evenly, and is well built I’m very happy with it. Only thing I don’t like is the gauge is only in Celsius

Make one with separate temp controls... Takes some creativity to not let some foods overheat while others stay hot.. Overall, I can do the dance. Great product!!

It was a chore to get all the peeling off of it, but once that was done, it works great. Keeps food hot all day
