The unit came well packaged and undamaged. The description was accurate and has performed to its standard. I upgraded the filter system because the one it comes with looked cheep.

It made ice up to 9 months no hassle but all of a sudden I recieved a e2 error code and the machine runs water and everything but I doesn't freeze to make ice likes it low on gas please help me

We purchased this ice machine for our small coffee shop and it works great! Makes ice quickly, fits nicely on the counter and is super easy to use! Ice tastes great and lasts a Sufficient amount of time in drinks!

It is a great ice maker, good quality, and plenty of ice! I might start selling all the extra ice! Lol. I highly recommend it. Totally worth it. Although, I did have a slight issue with the hose connection, it was smaller, so I had to search for an adaptor. Other than that, I'm happy with the product, it's been like 2 months now.
