Makes lots of ice quickly. Easy to operate.

Easy to install. Functions as promised. Quiet operation. Quickly makes ice. Control panel sensible. I wish it had a bigger hopper, or had a hopper you could attach to it for additional storage. Hopper ice volume is about 3/4 of a five gallon bucket.

good machine, works well, nice features. the photo is generic, and this machine does not come with a glass door; i prefer the insulated solid door anyway. our previous machine was a different manufacturer, was rated 160# per 24 hrs, and made only 90 pounds. this machine makes ice more quickly; i have not tested how much, but at least 125 pounds in an 80 degree temp sunroom. probably more if it was in a cooler location. the drain is improved over other models because of the overflow pump, which is working like a charm. i drain the pump into a bucket, but ideally it would be connected to the sink drain pipe. it can be adjusted from ice cube sizes #-28 to +28. we have found the #-2 to 0 makes nice sized ice that melts slowly, and we have used up to #+8 setting which was too big for us. size #-6 makes ice quickly, and good for beer and sodas. i recommend this product.

We own a farm and use this machine to make ice for chicken processing days and to bring our product to the farmers market. Our business is saving money and our operations are running smoother thanks to this machine. Great buy.

I have had many ice machines in the past, from counter top models, to full sized restaurant units, and this one is the best performer for the money so far. I live in Arizona, so it has to perform above advertised specs, and it does. LOVE IT!

Lasted less than a month they want me to take it apart and see what is wrong with it .I told them I was not their technician They want me to ship it back at my cost NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I HAVE EMAILS TO BACK THIS UP .

The ice machine works very well. It drops ice every 15-18 minutes (I have the bridge set thick). Runs very quiet and does not put out an excessive amount of heat. The only concern I have is the filter that came with the machine. The filter is light in weight and the ice cubes are not clear. I will change it out for an in-line carbon filter. Other that that, this is a very good ice machine and a few of my friends will probably buy one.
