It functioned very well, install easy, slightly disappointed as we had shipping damage. Sent emails with no response. The ice bin was damaged and we had to fill the dented area to provide a seal for the unit to sit on storage bin. We needed unit right away and the main ice maker was fin it was storage bin that had damage. Tried to get replacement but was ignored. Beware since I’m pretty sure customer service is going to be hard to get!!!

Works great! Easy to set up! Good adjustment levels for ice thickness. Unit is smaller than pictures seem, but is as described. Internal ice storage bin only holds 20-30lbs of ice (a couple full grocery bags worth). Easy to install with an ice maker copper pipe tap adapter for 1/4" plumbing (not included); locally available at your home improvement store/hardware store.K.S.

I installed my ice machine and it started producing ice within 15 minutes. Easy to install and fits perfectly next to my washing machine. Very happy with this purchase.

I like the ability to adjust the settings on this little ice making machine. For a small business like ours or a home where you might use it, it serves the purpose. The only negative, and it is just a slight negative, is that I would like to have a larger storage capability. However, I am pleased with the dollar value, especially in comparison to the cost of the next level up. Overall it is an excellent little ice maker.

Makes good solid ice. Everything works as should. Owners manual is horrible. Bin does not hold 44 lbs of ice. A full bin can fill just over one full 10lb bag. Can make 3 10lb bags in 8 hours.

I just received and opened the box and I must say I am very impressed with the packaging. I bought this to replace a higher end Scottsman commercial unit that has given me problems the entire time I have owned it. Scottsman did not stand behind their product, so after that experience I am taking a chance on this company / product.The only thing I wish it had was a place to hold the ice scoop inside the ice bay. The blue light is a very nice touch. I like that the controls are not behind a panel and that the filter is easy to get to and clean.If I don't post a followup know that this little machine is doing its job and we are happy.

I purchased this for our weekend camping trips so I would not have to stop on Friday evenings to get ice. It makes better ice than any of those road side ice houses. I keep the thickness at +2 and the ice will last 3+ days camping. I have already told people that we camp with about this machine can't beat it for this price. DQ
