Absolutely love it,has made life so much easier in my home! Only thing that I didn't care for is drain! But was thankful it came woth it!

Not sure about the comments about low quality fixtures. Everything I received was high quality and durable. The sprayer it self is all metal and if the pressure is too high for your dog try turning the faucet down. So much comfortable to give the dogs a bath without having to bend over a tub. I consider myself a pretty handy person and this took me some time to figure out how to put together and assemble. There are zero instructions just a poorly photocopied picture that is hard to impossible to see details. Vevor should consider getting someone to do assembly videos on you-tube.

Excellent value. Good construction and relatively simple to assemble. Instructions could use a tweak.

This tub is designed very well. They pretty much "thought of everything".

I really like the unit, the stainless construction is great and the workmanship top-shelf. Looking forward to using it. This "could have" been a 5 star rating. HOWEVER two items were DREADFUL! 1. The connection under the drain was pathetic ...I went to a hardware store and got a proper p-trap and accessories. For the cost of the unit...you should provide something better than cheap aluminum pipe. 2. The handle/ lever was defective. There i an insert which attaches to the lever from the other side of the wall section. Mine was defective...it was machined wrong and thus leaked. No amount of Teflon tape would help. Again, went to the local hardware store and found a replacement brass piece. Disappointing considering the money that I spent and time wasted back and forth from the local store.

The grate that is supposed to be adjustable does not go to the bottom of the tub which is a huge disappointment as I'm a dog groomer and need something adjustable instead of having to switch out grates all the time. I groom many large dogs and needed a grate that set on the bottom of the tub. Now I'm going to have to order different grates for this tub.

I love the size of the tub. Insert for small dogs looks crappy in one entire corner like it was ground down. Instructions were not clear. Back wall assembly had water proof stripping on the top instead of where it should have been at the bottom. Also the drain pipe that it came with was impossible to assemble without water leaking. Other than that bang for my buck

If I could put 0 stars I would. First of all the drain is way too small to drain out quickly, it takes about twenty minutes to drain out if you have 2-3 inches in the tub. The connecting pipes had to be replaced before even installing because they didn't fit. All the tie-downs broke within a week. The door leaks horribly and doesn't lock well. The sprayer has now broken off. In other words, it is completely unusable. I have went back and forth with support from the very beginning, sending them pictures of how bad the leaking is. At first they offered $50 toward the issue. That was a joke. Then they offered to replace the door. I waited over two months for the replacement and never received it and never received any communication. When I finally was able to contact support, they said that they did have enough employees or material to get the door to me. They again offered $50 to fix the door, that wouldn't even pay a repairman to come out to look at it. After several offers, we finally settled on $600 only because I was tired of going back and forth and nothing was getting accomplished. I would love to return the whole thing and get my money back, that would be the only way that I would be satisfied with the whole experience. There are more photos, I just couldn't attach more than 5.

Quality product, but need instructions
