I needed an ice machine quick! I checked other leading ice machine brands that were $3k+ and I was told it would be 5 weeks out before one could come in. That was not going to work for me. On a quick web search, my brother found Vevor. I was nervous to buy a brand that I had never heard of and also nervous to get a water cooled unit for the first time in 19 years. This unit was definately affordable and had wonderful reviews. It arrives in two different shipments approx. 24 hrs apart (for me). The shipping packaging is top notch and no joke. Removing the machine from the shipping crate took more time than it took to hook it all up and get it running. We did have to purchase a connector from our local Menards's, but other than that it was up and running in no time. Within the first 18 minutes for the first run, we had ice. I have had to adjust the ice thickness for our use at the pizza restaurant, but it has been working perfect. I am hoping we have no future issues because as of now (1 month of running the machine) we have had no issues and I recommend this product.

CAN A PERSON JUST ORDER THE TOP PART OF THIS ICE MAKER? OURS DOES NOT WORK ANYMORE

The ice machine and bin are of good quality and work well. IT produces a lot of ice and very quick. The included filter and piping is a bit cheap and very poor quality. I would recommend getting your own, as I could never get the supplied to stop leaking.

the fans go out soon low quality cooling fans if you replace them for a good quality fans the ice maker will work amazing.

This Ice machine is amazing, it was easy to set up and made ice within minutes. Out preforms my old machine by a mile.

I have purchased 11 of these. They make a lot of ice. I dont have any problem with the machine. Its Vevor customer service. I have never been able to get anyone to answer the phone. They do respond to the messages. Its an ice machine, it not if it will break but when. They do ship parts but it took 11 days to get them. They do not offer any parts for them. The second problem I had with a machine, they said twice that this is the same machine and could not understand that I have multiple machines. Just be careful if you depend on the machine. It will eventually go down and you will have to source parts after warranty is out. But the machine does make a lot of ice. Great for boating, yard parties, coolers for the beach. Also get a better filtration to keep the machine clean.

It's a great ice machine once you figure it out! You need to be patient when finding the right ice setting. But once it's set - you're set! A little disappointed that the legs don't adjust height but that is a minor detail. Always have ice and cubes are perfect thickness for the bar.

The other ice machine quite working and we were out of ice for over two months waiting for them to try and figure out what was wrong with the old one. Was looking through the website and seen this one and decided to give it a try. It was delivered quickly and the set up was easy enough, took a couple of days to get the ice to be the way we wanted it but that also was pretty easy to do. Everything is working great and we have enough ice for the whole town. Thank you so much, the ice machine is awesome.
