Bought this chopper because I wanted something that I could chop onions faster with and then also be able to change the blade out and make french fries. This does it all! It’s a great purchase, and I highly recommend it.

I try to start cutting my food with a cut for leveling the potatoes so it sets in easy. It is also nice for cutting Carrot Sticks, Boiled Eggs. Cucumbers, even onions!The only downside I can think of is that the handle doesn’t stay up on its own when adding the food to the cutting blades.It’s easy to take apart and clean but you do have to take it apart to get it cleaned, downside! Other than that, it has made quick work out of a normally timely process.It also could benefit having more weight at the bottom to keep in place.

This was a gift to my daughter-in-law and it quickly became one of her favorite tools in the kitchen! Easy to use even for her young children. Easy to clean and very sturdy and well made. Her only complaint is these she wanted to order an additional size plate and had to order a set of 3 that contained 3 different sizes. Additional plates aren't expensive per say but she would have liked to been able to order just the size she wanted. But she LOVES!
