Good quality wheels and material

Very sturdy and folds easily. It came with extra parts and no instructions as to where or how to install them. I looked at a picture on Amazon and was finally able to figure it out but that wad very inconvenient.

I thought it was going to be easier to go upstairs than it was. If the wheels were slightly larger, it may have been easier, but that's just a guess. Certainly easier than a regular hand truck.

I helped my brother and sister in law move and everyone was really impressed and everyone wanted to use it rather than other carts we had. Held up perfectly the whole day long. Even on steep stairs.

On my 1st use the bolt holding a wheel unscrewed and was lost. There is no way to prevent this from repeating. Poor design.

The hand truck has made it very easy to bring heavy objects and boxes upstairs. As a senior 80 year old I need every advantage. Really big is a problem but as long as the object fits the platform there is little problem.

Monthly delivery of softener salt is a nightmare. The bag says 40lbs but i swear they are closer to 100lbs. This cart makes it very manageable to get the salt up and down the steps with little effort. I should have purchased it years ago.

I do delivery moving grocery boxes up and down stairs on a daily basis, with each box weighing around 20 pounds. Cart fits 3 of those boxes stacked and is still sturdy, no signs of bending or wobbling.Only issue are the wheels. They are super loud when rolled where the whole 3 blocks radius can hear, disrupting the neighborhood. If they added rubber to the wheels or some sort of quiet-rolling technology, I would definitely give 5 stars and buy again.
