This railing solved a problem for my elderly mother and 2 steps at the front door to her front stoop. The mounting pole is way too high as I expected from other reviews so I cut down to a normal handrail height. Also, the anchors are metric and junk. I used 3/8" x 3" tapcons. Which also allowed me to use a standard 3/8in masonary bit vs. a 10mm which nobody has in stock. Count on going through a few bits if the concrete is old/high strength and you will need a hammer drill.

Although I was able to get answers to my questions regarding assembly from VEVOR's technical team, that could've been avoided with a better set of installation instructions. Ultimately the finished product met the needs of an elderly lady they were installed for. See attached photo.

This railing came with the exact hardware to make it a safe and sturdy installation. Two options of mounting in wood or concrete. The railing is sturdy, but should only be for stability and not weight bearing. Should be checked occasionally for wobble and tightened as needed.

I was looking for an assist rail for a two step entry. This one is the one to get. Very sturdy and easy to install. Not to big or not to small. Looks and feels great. I have gotten many positive comments on it. Very happy with my purchase. Highly recommended.

The handrail is very sturdy. The product is made of good quality. The only negative is there was no mounting instructions. Had to guess on the size of drill bit to use.

The only issue is the round covers that cover the screws that attach the rail to the wall do not stay in place...they just hang there! Would be nice if the snapped to the bracket so they cover it.
