I am use to log racks being made out of cast iron. The picture is well taken to give it that appearance. Reality is 10 - 12 gauge flat bar stock cut, bent and welded up. It works to keep air moving in my fire pit so the fire burns nice and clean. The rack itself gets glowing orange with heat. 6 fires in and holding up well. Will see how long it lasts.

It is heavy, well-built and was easy to assemble. I expect this will last for many, many years. I highly endorse this product.

I used this at the bottom of my fire pit for better air flow. It works great. It does seem cheaply made. Also it is made in China. I'll have to see how bad it rusts out after this winter. It already has a few rust spots on it just sitting outside.

So far so good. This has held up really well in our fire pit. It’s light weight and sturdy.

This product is amazing. It did rust some from the rain but still works amazing.

This grate arrived quickly and seems very sturdy. Since I live in Florida, I sprayed it very well with Rustoleum High Heat black paint. Added a separate spark screen and my DIY fire pit is ready to go.

I liked the fit into mr fire pit

My first impression when taken out of the packaging was not good. Seemed to be built in someone's garage. I used it for a week at a campsite and it worked wonderfully. I placed four flat stones in the fire pit to support the legs to keep it from getting buried in the ashes. Stacking wood in the openings like a pyramid also worked well. The 20 inch model is portable and will now be a permanent addition to our camping trips.
