It heated up well once I added water in the little cup! Needed it for our food truck. Haven't figured out how to lower the temperature. It doesn't work as instructions So far so good. Arrived on time.

This warmer is pretty easy to use and it definitely holds temperatures and keeps my side dishes hot. Waiting to put a brisket in it for 8 hrs hold to see how it does with it. Definitely worth it

This food warmer just what I needed for my bbq business. I would recommend it for any just starting out or an any weekday bbq enthusiast.

It's easy to use don't take up to much room and easy to clean the price could be a little cheaper but it still not to expensive. Good for storage my food while I sever out my Hotel pans pans.. Keep the food fresh and crispy for at least 2 hours

Oven works well ,just didnt like how hard it was yo remove all the white plastic wrapping on it , there has got to be a better solution

I’m quite satisfied with my purchase. Assembly was easy. It holds a steady temperature which was my main concern. The packaging was very good too. No complaints here.

VEVOR Hot Box Food Warmer 25 x 15 x 24. Will a full size brisket fit? That was the one question I needed answered and the answer is Yes! In fact, you can easily fit two full sized briskets in this. The size of the individual shelves is 12.5” x 21” and there is about 3.75” of space between shelves. After trimming and shrinkage from cooking there is tons of room, maybe even enough room for 4. I’ve been looking for an affordable way to hold a brisket for 12+ hours. This does the job nicely. I wanted to be able to hold a full brisket for 12+ hours at 150°. I decided to run a test empty and placed probes on the different shelves at different temperatures to see my best chances at holding 150°. There are 4 shelves, I numbered from 1-4, bottom to top. So I learned that the heat comes from the bottom, therefore the bottom shelves fluctuate in temperature more than the top shelves. I started with the warmer set to 150 and the probes on the 2nd and 3rd shelves from the bottom. Shelf 2 fluctuated between 165 and 172 and shelf 3 between 157 and 160. At first I thought one of my probes was off, so I switched positions. Nope, both probes were correct. The lower shelves just run hotter. Then, I turned the temp to 140°. Shelf 2 fluctuated between 150 and 160 while shelf 3 hovered within a few degrees of 150. Perfect for my brisket. Finally, I moved the probes to the bottom shelf (shelf 1) and the top shelf (shelf 4). As expected, I saw the greatest amount of variability. Shelf 1 fluctuated between 150 and 172 degrees while Shelf 4 held pretty tightly between 143 and 146. When it came time for my first real test I rested the brisket down to 160 to stop the cooking, wrapped it in plastic wrap, then threw it in the warmer on shelf 3 set to 140. I let it rest for 15 hours until dinner the next day. The brisket turned out perfect! Ridiculously juicy and tender. I cut it with a fork. If you are looking for a warmer for your brisket, the search is over.

Purchased this for my husband to keep our dishes warm as we continue cooking other dishes for Thanksgiving. Didn’t cause dishes to continue cooking - just right to keep dishes warm.

What a great warmer. Heats up very fast. Highly recommend. We are using it at our concession stand and it is amazing.

Does a great job, some minor temp fluxion from set temp to hold temp cut off, though for the price and what it does, you really can as for more. Keeps things warm, with slight dry out. Overall very happy with it.
