Set up is as simple as I could have hoped for . Not only is the setup fast but the printing is fast also. Clear printing with 300dpi atleast for basic labeling you couldn’t possibly need a higher amount of dots per inch. Have had zero issues in any area from setup and use to printing or label scanning. And for the price , I can’t believe anyone would ever even consider the purchase of those other high cost ( over $300 ) units.

It just works. Well worth the purchase! Way better than printing on paper and taping to the box. Charactors for the relentess box, how many more you ask? all of them, this isn't part of the review but it should be, sometimes the only thing you need to say is I'm happy with the product and i'd buy it again.

I'm coming from an old commercial UPS/Eltron/Zebra 2844 that was a workhorse for 20 years but did not survive a major power surge. This unit is not as solid as my old one but nothing is made with thick plastic anymore. The printing is fabulous. Much darker and faster than my old one. Hope it lasts as long as the ol' relic.

The printer worked perfectly. The label quality that came out of the printer was just as good if not better than the label that comes on my Amazon packages. This product had very quality packaging, and you could tell the build quality was great. It came with an in depth instruction manual that I had no issues following. I was able to set it up and get to printing labels within a couple of minutes. I would definitely recommend this to others.

This item works well. Only connecting by phone not computer via Bluetooth. Tried to give a bad review on another item only because the directions were terrible. They wouldn't post it, so I don't believe any of these reviews anymore.

I don't print shipping labels very often. I had a different thermal printer before this one that worked well however the shipping labels were stored outside of the printer and would collect dust from lack of use. When I would print a shipping label the dust on the label would cause unwanted artifacts on the printed label and I would have to clean the print head and re-print the label. This printer houses the labels within the device itself keeping it free from dust and eliminating the print issues I had with the former printer.

I was pleased with the print quality. As others have mentioned, it would have been nice to have a wireless connection from a laptop/desktop as opposed to just your phone. But for people using their phone as a POS device and using this as a printer- I can see a level of convenience.The printer itself is fine, and a wired connection, though inconvenient, is not a dealbreaker for me.

I have had this for over 5 months now and the fact that I am able to print directly from my iPhone is a game changer for me. I dont have to sit around in my desk having to try and figure out printing options. This thermal printer prints directly from my phone! And for those of you who have never used a thermal printer? It doesn't use INK!!!

Have had a difficult time aligning the text to the label, but that may be because I have an older computer. Still, prints clearly and cleanly when I get everything lined up.
