This should not be a commercial machine since it does not use a frozen block of ice; however, this machine is perfect for home use. It is some what loud, but it is very fast. I used it while camping and all the kids in the campground came to enjoy a snow ball

I ordered the snow cone machine and the cotton candy machine, The Snow cone machine is great , but you sent extra blades to change out when needed but no instructions on how to change them out !!! other than that its great .. Ass for the Cotton Candy machine It does not work and I cant get anyone to respond to my email I need to return it asap As I will need to buy another very soon !!!

The machine arrived quickly, is sturdy and runs well. We just used it for a big event and it kept up, no problems whatsoever. Makes perfect snocone ice, or in our case, Mint Julep ice. Reasonably priced. It has already paid for itself.
