We are writing to inform you that we are recalling the VEVOR Garment Steamer (model number FCL-H09 or ES-H10). VEVOR is recalling this product because it can spit, spill or leak hot water, posing a burn hazard. The cap can also break off or detach
during use, or leak, posing a burn hazard.
Stop using the recalled VEVOR Garment Steamer immediately.
To participate in the recall, please follow these steps to receive a refund:
1. Destroy the steamer by unplugging it and then cutting the power cord with scissors, as shown in the example below:
2. Register for the recall and upload a photo of your destroyed steamer at https://www.vevor.com/diy-ideas/vevor-steamer-refund-registeration/, or email us at recalling@vevor.com
with:
a. Your full name
b. The email address associated with the PayPal account where you wish to receive your refund
c. A photo of your recalled steamer showing the “VEVOR” name and cut power cord
d. If available, include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase

5.How do I participate in the recall and get a refund?
To participate in the recall, please follow these steps to receive a refund:

(3) After verification, you will receive a refund of the
amount on the purchase receipt, or $23 if no receipt is provided.
(4) After receiving the refund, discard the steamer according to local requirements.

Yes. If you have the recalled product, you can participate in the recall. If no receipt is provided, after verification of the submitted information you will receive a refund of the average sales price.

We will arrange to refund you as soon as possible within 15 business days after we receive the photos of the destroyed products and your contact information.

No. If your steamer is included in this recall, you should immediately stop using it. To participate in the recall, you must destroy the product and send us a photo. Do not sell or give away the recalled steamer. It is illegal to sell a
