Important Safety Recall Notice

Dear Valued Customer

We are writing to inform you that we are recalling a Vevor Single Post Handrail (“VEVOR Product”) that you purchased from us. VEVOR is recalling this product because the handrail is unstable due to welding issues between the railing post and base plate. Such handrail welding can break while a consumer is holding it when stepping down a flight of stairs, posing a fall hazard.

This recall involves Vevor’s wrought iron single post handrails for one or two step stairs. The handrails were sold in black, white and silver. “Vevor” is printed in yellow on a black label located near the bottom of the handrail.

You should stop using the Vevor Single Post Handrail immediately.You are entitled to a full refund by calling us toll-free at (855)-599-6320 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. PT Monday through Friday or by emailing us at recalling@vevor.com

To participate in the recall, you will be asked to either: (i) return the Vevor Product to an address designated by us (at no cost to you, we will provide prepaid shipping and packaging), or (ii) provide photographic evidence of disposal/destruction of the Vevor Product.

    No. Consumers should stop using the Vevor Single Post Handrails immediately, and contact Vevor for a full refund.
  • How can I obtain a refund?
    If the product bought by customers is within the scope of the recall, customers are entitled to receive a full refund by (i) returning the recalled Vevor Single Post Handrails to either 5115 S Shaver St, Houston, Texas (at no cost to the consumer, to include prepaid shipping and packaging); or (ii) by providing photographic evidence of disposal of the recalled Vevor Single Post Handrails.

    We will arrange to refund you as soon as possible within 15 business days after we receive the returned products from you or the photos of the destroyed products.

    Approximately 360 recalled Vevor Single Post Handrails were sold to consumers.
  • Can I continue using my Vevor Single Post Handrails if I haven’t experienced any issues?
    If your Vevor Single Post Handrails is included in this recall, you should immediately stop using the recalled Vevor Single Post Handrails, and contact Vevor for a full refund.
  • Am I still eligible for a refund if I no longer have the receipt for the Vevor Single Post Handrails?
    Yes. You do not need a receipt to receive a refund. Consumers are eligible for a refund by either returning the recalled Vevor Single Post Handrails to Vevor at the above provided addresses or by providing photographic evidence of disposal of the recalled Vevor Single Post Handrails.
