You should stop using the Vevor Baby Swing immediately. You are entitled to a full refund by calling us toll-free at (855)-599-6320 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. PT Monday through Friday or by emailing us at

How can I obtain a refund?
First, we need to confirm if your product is within the recall scope. You can provide the purchase platform, online store, and order number for verification, or refer to the CPSC recall press release for self-comparison. If your product model is BB501K, BB702A, or BB005K (within the recall scope), you are entitled to a full refund by removing the swing cover, cutting it in half, sending a photo of the destroyed cover with "Recalled" written on its base (using a permanent marker) to recalling@vevor.com, and then disposing of the swing in the trash. If your product is not within the recall scope, you can continue to use it.
How long will it take to get refunded?
We will arrange the refund as soon as possible within 15 business days after receiving the photos of the destroyed products.
Am I still eligible for a refund if I no longer have the receipt for the Vevor Baby Swings?
Yes, you do not need a receipt. Consumers are eligible for a refund by providing photographic evidence of the disposal of the recalled and destroyed Vevor Baby Swings.
