We were buying bags of ice at the supermarket for years …. $3.49 per bag got to be outrageous!!! Buying the bottles of water for $2.50 for 5 gallons … much better ice for much cheaper !!!! Great product for great price and fast shipping …..

So far so good. I’m a lil nervous about longevity and customer service. But if this machine continues to work like it has been since I got it. And lasts a long time. I'd give it 10 stars.

Wow! This is a great ice machine. Delivery was quick and packaged nicely. There was a minor dent but nothing major. It wasn't clear to me that the sides of the ice maker are white and not stainless steel like the front, no big deal, more so a surprise. The ice machine is well designed especially when it come to maintenance. The water trough has a drain spout, the auto cleaning mode works as described. It proceeds ice quickly and consistently. Note that if you did not buy the one with the quick connect water filter, it is required in order to connect the ice maker to a water line. I like that the from tells you the temp and how much time is left before the ice drops. The ice maker is well insulated so ice doesn't melt as it is in storage. The light is also a plus.
Overall, this is ice maker is an excellent value for the features, performance and quality. I hope the longevity is strong, looking good so far though operating 24/7 for 45 days in a commercial environment.

Smaller than expected, but I do like the bottled water option. Makes very good quality ice unlike the small countertop ice makers.

I really like the option to use bottled water so you don't have to run a water line. It's a life saver for my family with 6 boys in sports we can't keep enough ice around and this has definitely helped big time
