What is the Distance from the face of the Face of the Column to the Center of a Spring Clasp - this Dimension might be considered the "Reach" of the tool - some 4x4 vehicles with Axle hubs extending out past the brake rotor might not allow the Spring Clasps to reach the Springs

The reach (face of column to center of spring clamp) on this hydraulic strut spring compressor is approximately 200–230 mm (about 8–9 inches). That means any vehicle where the strut spring sits more than ~8–9 inches inward from the frame face, or where hubs/knuckles push the assembly outward beyond that line, may not allow the clamps to properly engage the spring.
