How do you remove all passwords and fingerprints to have a factory reset on the safe? Seems like I’ve tried everything but my fingerprints are still there.
Open the door, there is a red button on the back side of the door, press and hold for about 60 seconds, and you will hear a long beep, then you can restore the factory settings.
safe door was inadvertently closed with direction and keys locked in inside, how do i get access to the safe?
