I do not think so. Would need to be turned on with the remote every time. 93% sure

I use a regular charger and I've had no problem. Plus I attached it to a timer and it turns on when I want and it turns off when I want. I have had no problems with it

This product is sealed and there is no way to replace the internal LED light. The remote control has a function to dim or brighten the light, you can try it
