Are these attachments solid stainless steel?

I purchased this VEVOR stand mixer, 660W. It shuts off after kneading bread five or ten minutes. The manual suggests that it is probably overheating, but I measured the power that it was using just before it shut off, and it was only using 200 watts, and ambient temperature is only about 70 degrees Fahrenheit (21 degrees Celsius). Is my mixer defective, or is this normal?

There is no defect in the machine. It's just that the machine has been kneading the dough for too long and the temperature has reached a certain level, so the machine will protect itself. This is a normal phenomenon. You can continue to use it after about 20 minutes. We usually knead the dough for 3-5 minutes according to the amount specified in the instructions. Pay special attention to the fact that the amount of dough cannot exceed the limit.
