What gauge wire is needed to run to the breaker box
Hi just verified with my contractor. He said big wire 5AWG and then said TGATs ?? For our 15kw unit. If you need clarification, let me know.

It is a 15KW system 220volt. If that alone does not provide the information you need you should probably hire an electrician.

Does the unit come along with the water inlet G1/2 and steam output G3/4 flexible tubing pipes shown in the pictures? Is it acceptable to use the flexible tubing for the steam outlet pipe or does it need to be only copper?
It's best to use copper pipes.

Is there a night temp safety that needs to be reset if water is blocked to the generator?
If there is no water supply, the system will activate the low-water protection feature to prevent the heating element from burning out. Temperature protection is designed to safeguard the heating element in the event of a system malfunction. If this answer does not resolve your current issue, please contact us again for assistance.

Wiring this for a 220v, 2 phase, is a neutral needed (ie does the controller use 120v and thus need a neutral)? Also, can aluminum be used ilo copper?
Do not use a neutral wire, and do not use aluminum wire. If this answer does not resolve your issue, please contact us again for assistance.
