I bought the less expensive kiln with accessories because your chat agent said they're both the same but the lower priced one includes accessories.. both kilns use the same reviews-so it's confusing. Are both kilns the same? I need the automatic shutoff/programmable kiln.
There's no phone to call and your agent today was interruptive and didn't understand.. I'm quite upset because my company is waiting for the kiln in order to get work out.
