Does it support 48v because i ordered it and I now can only do 48v not 72v

The controller is 72V and cannot use 48V power supply. The undervoltage of this model is 50V. If the voltage is lower than 50V, the controller will stop working.

Electrical devices not rated for continuous duty should have a duty cycle table and/or chart. It will load vs percent of time at that load and a duty cycle time. Can you provide this? Related question:. Is the motor thermally protected and at what temp?
