The controller is 72V and cannot use 48V power supply. The undervoltage of this model is 50V. If the voltage is lower than 50V, the controller will stop working.
Electrical devices not rated for continuous duty should have a duty cycle table and/or chart. It will load vs percent of time at that load and a duty cycle time. Can you provide this?

This depends on your actual usage situation. The higher the power used for motor operation, the faster the heating, and the lower the power used, the smaller the heating.
