You should run the first 10 mins @165f to burn off the heads and then increase the temp to 175-190f to get the hearts, don't go above 200f or you will start boiling the water. Water boils between 200 and220f (depending on the hardness of water and altitude above sea level), you don't want to boil the water, it will water down the distillate and ruin the run.
