Yes, it will work on any AC system everything you need is in this kit except Freon.

I don't know enough about Home A/C but I'm pretty sure any central air conditioning system uses different fittings. The couplers that come with this are for automotive A/C 134A and they don't work. You might need a little more robust vacuum pump with more CFM. You should do some research before you buy anything.
